Hi, I’m Keri Ruiz - founder of Clear Path Financials.

I started this firm with one clear mission: to help individuals and business owners stop feeling confused, overwhelmed, or overcharged when it comes to their taxes.

    Start the Process

    Begin by completing the Let’s Work Together form.


    Share a few details about your tax situation and select the services you’re interested in, whether Tax Preparation, Tax Strategy, or both.

    Intake & Document Submission

    You’ll receive a Client Intake Form along with guidance on the documents required for your return. Once your intake form and documents are submitted, I’ll carefully review your information.

  • 03

    Preparation & Strategy Review

    Your return is prepared with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and identifying all eligible deductions and credits.

    If you’ve selected Tax Strategy or Planning Services, optimization opportunities and planning considerations are incorporated during this stage where applicable.

  • 04

    Review & Filing

    You’ll review your completed return before filing.

    Once approved and payment is complete (or an approved payment plan is in place), your return is securely e-filed and confirmation is provided.

  • 05

    Support & Ongoing Guidance

    Support is available for questions or notices related to returns prepared by Clear Path Financials.

    Clients who engage in Tax Strategy Services may receive additional guidance for future planning and tax efficiency.
